Down the Stairs, Up the Stairs

Please email me for information,
The house is actually a very spacious two level house. It is built similar to many houses here in the Missouri Ozarks; it's a walk-out basement house. Of course, the downstairs is completely finished. The family room is actually two living areas, one near the wet bar and the other a roomy space in front of fireplace.
Plenty of room to entertain or for the teenager's video games and/or pizza party. (do kids still play ping-pong or pool? There is room for that.) The house is in Sequiota Elementary School and Glendale High School districts.
There is a full size utility room, complete with large cabinet for storage and counter top for folding clothes. The main downstairs bedroom has a built-in bookcase. There is a cedar lined walk-in closet off the downstairs bathroom.

Let's go back upstairs. Wait, I forgot to tell you about the closets downstairs. Extra closets under the stairs. One of these is a LARGE walk-in complete with shelves. Actually, there are 4 closets with shelves, not counting the bedroom closets.
While the living area downstairs have new carpet, living areas upstairs have hardwood floors, real hardwood, not laminate. Remember this house was built is the '70s when wood was the real stuff. This picture shows the floors and windows in living room, dining area.

This is truly an "explore the possibilities" house. Can't you see your family living here? Need more info? Please email me, LindaCrim@gmail.com
